Parent Driver Volunteers Fingerprinting
The Board of Trustees adopted AR6153, which states: Parent volunteers will be required to have a fingerprint clearance on file to drive on school sponsored field trips. Click here for information on where to obtain your fingerprints and the application. Even if you were already fingerprinted by another agency (Girl Scouts, AYSO, CYSA, another school district, etc.) you still need to be fingerprinted for the Burlingame School District as sharing results with other agencies is illegal. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
You will only need to be fingerprinted once during your child(ren)'s entire tenure at BSD.
Student Injuries and Insurance
The District does not assume responsibility for accidents happening at school. As a service to you and your child, BSD has joined with Myers-Stevens and Toohey to offer you access to a low cost student accident/sickness insurance. Several plans are offered and rates for the entire school year start at around $22.00 To enroll, notify the school office and an informational packet will be give to you or sent home with your child.
no school Feb 20-24!
There is no school during the President's Week break. Classes resume Feb. 27.
